Camera Overlay provides a tool for matching camera angles using transparent reference images. The service is provided "as is" and we make no guarantees regarding the exact precision or outcomes of the photos taken using the app.

You are solely responsible for the photos you take and how you use them. You agree not to use the app for any unlawful purposes or to violate the rights of any third party.

4. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Camera Overlay application, including but not limited to design, code, and branding, belong to Standard Software Inc. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the application without our prior written consent.

5. Limitation of Liability

Standard Software Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the application.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Your continued use of the application following any changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms.
